Point of Sale System The Point of Sale (POS) system is your primary admin station. All transactions take place through the POS from managing customers' login data and transactional history to recording sales of computer time, redeeming sweepstakes wins and maintaining client terminals. It also maintains employee data and shift records. The POS has an easy-to-use interface with varying customizable functionalities for different employee levels. A cash drawer and ticket printer accept money and provide receipts for transactions. Server There is no expensive server needed with NetSweeps Games as we are using the latest in sweepstakes technology with a web based system. Currently there are only two true internet based software providers on the market today. |

Sweepstakes Service
Your virtual server that is built and maintained by us at no charge communicates data between the POS, loader stations and computer workstations. It ensures that only one person logs into a user terminal at a time. The virtual server alone can link with the database, ensuring database integrity. The virtual server is responsible for all user and password validation across the network. It manages transactions, tracks sweepstake pool entry requests and results, and regenerates sweepstakes pools when required.
Reporting Service
The virtual server analyzes data within the database via its reporting service. The data metrics include available Internet time and sweepstakes points, sweepstakes winnings, product purchase amounts and more. The data can be categorized according to player, device, game title, level of play and more.
Database Maintenance
Due to the nature of the innovative web based system you do not have to worry about buying or finding the exact specs for a compatible server. All of this is done for you via your virtual server included in all of our packages at no additional charge. Therefore you do not have to support the entire customer database. The database in a Sweepstakes System does three things:
1. It carries information about games, players and their transactions.
2. It stores all authorization-related info.
3. It holds data related to the functions and security of the reporting service.

Re-Load Station
This is your self-service station a POS that the customer can use without the need for an attendant which also can pay for itself through the savings of payroll. A re- load station cuts down on interaction time with the attendant. There is no need to wait in long lines or chitchat with the service staff. Users need simply swipe their account card or type in their user ID to buy more computer workstation time.
This is an optional buy, but a highly recommended one. It considerably reduces waiting time and increases efficiency on high-volume days due to the sometimes liked anonymity factor as well. These machines come completely built and ready to plug in and connect to the internet via your virtual server. Basically one of the only plug and play reload stations on the market.
Other Equipment
Account cards and card readers are not essential, but many customers find them more convenient than logging in by manually keying in an account number.
Switches, Routers, and Cat-5/6 cables are required to link the various hardware components.
